Our drywall and building works are covered by a ten-year liability insurance (assurance décennale), protecting you for 10 years against any structural defect or construction failure resulting from our work.
Professional liability insurance
Our professional liability insurance covers any material damage caused during the works, to you or to third parties. You can proceed with complete peace of mind.
Defect liability guarantee
Within one year of project handover, we return free of charge to correct any defect reported, whatever the cause.
Site handed over clean
Pedro Arcas commits to realistic deadlines and keeps to them. The site is handed over clean, cleared and ready for use, with a full clean-up included on completion.
